Digital Color Meter Still Has Hex Values in Lion

Not every Mac user knows about Digital Color Meter.

If you don’t know about it – you probably don’t need it.

In fact – I use it primarily for designing websites and nothing else. (If you use it in some other capacity – please clue us in by leaving us a comment!).

Anyhow, in Snow Leopard – we were able to use this Mac app to find the hexadecimal value of online colors which I could use to create elements for a website.

Under Mac OS X Lion – it seemed that this feature had disappeared.

But – this is not true! Thank goodness.

The feature is still there – it’s just not as plain as the nose on your face. It’s kind of buried.

You can find out how to unearth the hex values in Digital Color Meter web design software for Mac here.
