Carol,
I am sorry to hear about your trouble! I know a lot of people, including myself, were not able to access the system on launch day. I think Apple is slowly ironing out the wrinkles. I am running Leopard so I can't advise about previous versions. But if any other readers have some advice for you, I hope they will share.

I am frustrated because I can't figure out how to use it.
I can not even get on to their tech support because I only have a Mac OS X 10.3.9 system. The lowest system it will accept is 10.4.11. Does anyone know how I can get my mac mail?
